• Photos you upload, and the enhanced results we generate from them.
• Payment information, processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card details.
• Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type, used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

• To generate and deliver your restored photo.
• To process payments and provide support.
• To detect abuse and keep the Service secure.

3. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract (to deliver your result), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), and consent where required.

4. Retention

Uploaded photos and generated results are kept only as long as needed to deliver your result and are then deleted automatically. Transaction records are kept as required by law.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the Service (for example, our hosting, AI-processing, and payment providers), under appropriate agreements. We do not sell your data.

6. International transfers

Some processors may be located outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
